- Your home is located within the boundaries of Johnson County.
- Your household meets the income guidelines.
- You have a past-due utility bill in the name of an adult household member.
- Your payment history shows recent payment to the utility company.
- You have not received Johnson County Utility Assistance funds in the past year.

We are grateful for donations of money for utility assistance. There is a great need in this area, and the funds we have are limited.
