I’ve never subscribed to the paper. How did I get on the mailing list?
Twice each year, we update the mailing list from the voter registration rolls. A friend or relative may also have given us your name.
How do I get a subscription to The Best Times if I live in Johnson County?
If you are 60 or older, all you need to do is let us know your name and address. You may call, (913) 715-8930 and talk to our circulation representative or leave a message. You can fax us at (913) 715-8825 or e-mail TheBestTimes@jocogov.org .
May I subscribe to The Best Times if I am under 60 or not a County resident?
Yes, at a cost of $12 per year. Send your check, made out to The Best Times, to 11811 S. Sunset Drive, Suite 1300, Olathe, KS 66061-7056.
Why does my family get two issues each month?
Our computer software is supposed to check duplicates to the same address and remove one. However, any slight difference in the two addresses will keep that program from working. Please give us a call and we will manually delete one name. (913) 715-8930.
What if I move?
If you move in Johnson County, send us a change-of-address notice. If you move outside of Johnson County and want to continue to receive the paper, include your check for $12 with the notice.

If you’re among the growing numbers of readers who
would prefer to get their information online, The Best Times has an offer!
It’s the “Online Opt-In” program.
Just call 913-715-8930 or e-mail TheBestTimes@jocogov.org and let us know that
you would like to read the paper online each month. Be sure to provide your
e-mail address. Each month, we’ll send you an e-mail notice that the paper
is available online, complete with a link directly to the issue. We’ll also
remove you from the mailing list for the printed newspaper.
