Our "Coming Events" page lists one-time and special events only. The Best Times no longer runs notices of regular meetings and programs.

We reserve the right to edit or abbreviate submitted items.
What is the deadline for calendar submissions?
Calendar items should arrive in our office no later than the eighth of the month prior to publication. For example, items for the August calendar need to be here no later than July 8.
What if I have submitted an item and it doesn’t appear?
We run calendar items on a space-available basis, doing our best to include as much information as possible. Occasionally it is not possible to include all items submitted.
