A recent sleep study from Japan found that the optimal time for adults to sleep is 6.5-7.5 hours per night. In the study, those who slept 8 hours had very significantly higher mortality than those who slept 7. Those who slept 9 – 10 hours had even higher mortality rates.

In February Microsoft kicked off an Aging Workforce campaign to education aging workers and employers on how accessible technology can help them keep their workers. The goal is to make people aware of how they can adust text size and color and system sounds.
